About Trigère
Founded by French-born couturière Pauline Trigère in 1942, TRIGÈRE is a luxury fashion house reinventing Parisian couture for the twenty-first century.
Creative Director Franklin Benjamin Elman is at the helm of the house, bringing with him a wealth of design experience garnered from the iconic fashion houses of Paris and Milan. Actualizing his unique creative vision, the TRIGÈRE ateliers are focused on putting into effect meaningful design, sustainable production, and couture’s new evolution.
TRIGÈRE heritage is deeply rooted in the traditions of Couture. Pauline Trigère began her career in 1925, in the hallowed Haute-Couture ateliers of Place Vendôme in Paris; the world epicentre of fashion. There, she learned carefully guarded secrets of design and construction, immediately showing her excellence in tailoring and a mastery of the French cut. TRIGÈRE established her New York Maison de Couture in 1942, where her modernist take on French Couture caught fire with Hollywood Icons, European royalty and the international Jet-Set.
One-of-a-kind, sophisticated, and arresting. Each TRIGÈRE piece is made-to-order in our Italian ateliers, with the highest attention to detail and quality of raw materials, a timeless, treasured piece you will return to again and again. Each garment comes with a hand-written, personalised label bearing your name as a certificate of authenticity; the last word in discrete luxury.
TRIGÈRE is dedicated to ultimate luxury and to the highest level of craftsmanship. Our commitment is to make strong and modern collections with uncompromising ethics and core values, taking into consideration where materials come from and who is making them: exclusive and personal luxury with a conscience.
